Merry Christmas!

I have returned after a short break for blogging, I just get a bit distracted. Too much to think about and half the time i'd just rather lay in bed and watch dvd's, cuddle and do sign language with the boy. It's our new inside joke, we use sign language to communicate although neither of us know sign language for real.

Speaking of Christmas did everyone have a good time? Does anyone have an unusual Christmas rituals?
I enjoyed Christmas this year, usually I don't enjoy it that much, it's just another day and usually I have a headache, broken toe or just end up annoyed with the family. Not so this year... It was wonderful. My wonderful boyfriend came in at midnight thursday after dropping his daughter back home and had Christmas day here with my family, my aunty, her wonderful kiddies and my grandma (whom by the way is a total cocoa pop). It's funny having a boyfriend around for birthdays, christmas, just those occassions where it's always just being family who celebrate with me. It's different and really nice. He gets along with my family and thinks my grandma is a hilarious. He always tells me she looks like part of the mafia because she never takes her sunglasses off and gets up everyone.
This year Christmas was the same as most years, woke up and opened gifts and then we had lunch at my house. Lots of food and talking. I'd bought my family some really cool stuff this year, I got my little sister a heap of cool things from peachypan.com, got my older sister some cool shoes from em and sprout and a little sad bread brooch, mum got some soap and the big bang theory on dvd (she loves sheldon), dad got some shirts and socks and I got the boyfriend Kings Way Graffiti book, a off ya tree gift voucher (he thinks his going to get his lip pierced) and a heap of little love heart chocolates. Pretty sure everyone loved what I got them, well at least I hope.
My family got me a heap of awesome stuff too, shall post pictures a little later. But I really do adore all the gifts I got.
